The 3aaa County Ground today hosted over 300 3aaa – Aspire, Achieve, Advance employees in the Greene King IPA Marquee for their annual staff conference.
The seminar was to update every 3aaa employee on the current state of the business and to celebrate a record-breaking year for the apprenticeship provider in which they achieved Grade 1 Outstanding from Ofsted.
The formal proceedings took place during the day with several speeches by Managing Director Andy Palmer who also invited local apprentices to talk about their own experiences with 3aaa, as well as former Derby County defender Marc Edworthy who is now the company’s Power of Sport Leader.
Once the formalities were out the way, the employees were able to celebrate their successes in the picturesque setting here at The 3aaa County Ground with a barbecue whilst enjoying the Derbyshire first-team squad training out in the middle.
The night is to be rounded off with a live performance by renowned Take That tribute band Re-Take That and then several employees and apprentices will be back here tomorrow in meetings and team-building exercises.
