The Cricket Derbyshire India Club celebration of the Diwali festival has been moved from Saturday 31 October to Saturday 21 November.

The traditional Indian celebrations will take place in the Marquee at The 3aaa County Ground from 6.30pm. The event will follow last year’s successful Diwali celebrations in which over 300 guests, including Derby City Council leader Ranjit Banwait and members of the Derbyshire first team, packed the marquee for the sold out evening.

Guests will enjoy an evening of family entertainment at The 3aaa County Ground, which will include a delicious à la carte Indian themed meal, and a spectacular firework display. Tickets are on sale now priced at £30 for adults and £20 for juniors, under the age of 16.
