Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in Derby city centre, with easy access across the East and West Midlands.

Do you offer venue tours?

Is parking available on-site?

How far in advance should I book?

How many people can your venue accommodate?

Our spaces are highly flexible. We can host small boardroom meetings for 10 or large dinners and conferences for up to 350 guests.

Do you offer both indoor and outdoor spaces?

Yes, we have modern indoor rooms and beautiful outdoor lawns ideal for summer events or team-building activities.

Are your meeting rooms flexible in layout?

Absolutely. We can set up rooms in a range of styles including boardroom, cabaret, theatre, U-shape and more.

Is there a minimum or maximum guest number?

Minimum numbers vary by room and package. Our team can guide you based on your event requirements.

Do you provide in-house catering?

Yes, our experienced catering team offers a variety of delicious menus, from breakfast and working lunches to fine dining.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Do you allow external caterers?

In most cases, we use our in-house catering.

Can we arrange a tasting session?

Do you offer drink packages

Yes, we offer a range of drinks packages including arrival drinks, table wine, and bar tabs. We can also create bespoke packages to suit your event and budget.

Do you offer AV equipment and technical support?

While the British weather can be unpredictable, we always try to accommodate an indoor facility.

Do you host Christmas parties or themed nights?

Do you offer packages for gala dinners or awards nights?

Pricing & Packages

What packages do you offer?

We offer full-day and half-day conference packages, seasonal dining menus, party packages and more. All are competitively priced and flexible.

What’s included in the package price?

Most packages include room hire, catering, AV equipment, Wi-Fi and staffing. Full details will be outlined in your proposal.

Are there any additional fees?

We’re transparent with pricing and any additional costs (e.g. late-night licenses or optional extras) will be clearly stated in your quote.

Support & Planning

Will I have a dedicated event coordinator?

Yes, every event has a dedicated coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly from enquiry to event day.

Can you help us source entertainment, décor, or extras?

Yes, we work with trusted suppliers and can help arrange DJs, bands, photo booths, décor, and more.

Is the venue cashless?

Yes, our bars and payment points operate on a cashless basis. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as contactless and mobile payments.

Is smoking or vaping allowed on-site?

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas. These areas are clearly signposted for guest convenience.

Do you have a preferred supplier for event styling and décor?

Yes, we proudly recommend RS Events as our preferred supplier for venue styling and décor. They’re experienced in transforming our spaces to suit a range of themes and preferences. However, you’re under no obligation to use them—feel free to bring your own team if you prefer.

Is there accommodation on-site?

We don’t have accommodation on-site, but we’re happy to recommend local hotels within walking distance.

Is the venue accessible by public transport?

Can we bring our own suppliers for the wedding?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring in your own trusted suppliers for décor, floristry, entertainment, and Wedding cake. We just ask that they meet our standard health and safety requirements.
