Whether you’re joining us for a wedding, party, or business event, accessibility is at the heart of our guest experience. Our facilities are designed to ensure everyone can enjoy their time with us, comfortably and confidently.
Accessible Car Parking: Accessible Car Parking spaces are available in the Pavilion, EPC and marquee car parks. Stewards will direct cars to a designated accessible parking bay.
Accessible Toilets & Changing Facilities : Fully accessible toilet and changing facilities are available throughout the venue, located close to event spaces.
Lift Access: For events taking place on upper levels, lifts are available to ensure easy movement throughout the venue.
Step-Free Access: All main event spaces are accessible via step-free routes, with smooth pathways for wheelchairs and mobility aids.
Sensory Room: Our sensory room, located on the ground floor Pavilion, will provide a safe space for customers with sensory issues and is available upon request. The room includes several fibre-optic light fittings, 3D wall features, soft seating and more.
Multi Faith Room: The multi-Faith Room, which is based on the ground floor of the WDS Business and Media Centre, will be available to use for all customers. This is a place that includes: Prayer Rooms, Shoe Storage and Foot Wash Basins. If you need help finding these facilities, please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to direct you
